WE CONTINUE TO GROW

Welcome, Alexandra College, Milltown

We’re delighted to announce our new partnership with Alexandra College, a fantastic school that combines tradition with innovation in its approach to education.

This is a new step into second-level education, but it makes sense. It covers the touch points on the journey from preschool right through to leaving certificate level. In this new arena, every day is an opportunity to inspire young minds to make positive choices around the food they eat.

At Alexandra College, we’re bringing our signature approach: scratch-cooked meals, vibrant menus, and a buzzing dining space that’s as much about community as it is about nutrition. Our chefs craft fresh, seasonal dishes every day, with plenty of choice for every taste and dietary need – think plant-based, allergen-free, and high-protein options, all labelled for transparency.

But it’s not just about the food. We’re investing in the experience:

• Alex Bites – a high-street inspired coffee truck, run in part by transition year students, giving them real-world business and barista skills

• weekend pop-ups and themed brunches, bringing the best of our local food scene right to campus

• sustainability at the heart ALWAYS, from local sources (hello, airfield estate!) to zero-waste initiatives and carbon tracking on every dish

Our team, led by Stiofan Brady, is passionate about making every mealtime a highlight, whether it’s a comforting breakfast, a lively lunch, or a weekend treat. We’re here to listen, adapt, and ensure the food culture is as vibrant and inclusive as its community.

This isn’t just a new contract; it’s a partnership. Welcome to Gather + Gather Alexandra College!

Museum of Literature Ireland (Moli), St Stephen’s Green

As we proudly extend our relationship with University College Dublin, we welcome Moli, the Museum of Literature Ireland, into our portfolio. Moli is more than a museum; it’s a living celebration of Ireland’s literary spirit, set in the beautifully restored Newman House on St Stephen’s Green. The Commons Café, nestled in the original student dining halls, is where stories, ideas, and great food come together.

What makes Moli a lovely opportunity:

• a genuinely unique historic venue with a garden-level café and tranquil outdoor seating

• a vibrant, flexible hospitality offer open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, barista coffee, and fantastic bakes

• the opportunity to stage events with personality – from board meetings to weddings, with full-service hospitality and bar services

• all with sustainability and wellness at its heart!

This is a fantastic new collaborative partnership – working hand-in-hand with Moli’s team to welcome guests and deliver a seamless service for all .
