The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) is a community of change-makers; a not-for-profit membership organisation of foodservice businesses, suppliers and discerning diners working together to create a sustainable foodservice industry for people and planet. They firmly believe that by working as a collective we can all improve the food on our plate which in turn will have a positive, measurable impact on the wider food system.
Pete Hemingway, Community Manager, has worked at the SRA with a diverse range of chefs and restaurateurs, from indie bistros to the country’s largest chains. He manages the SRA’s online community, where he matches those facing hurdles with those already past them, building support networks and a culture of sharing within the industry.
