Community engagement is still a real part of how we operate. We focus on initiatives that have practical, long-term impact, not one-off activity.
One of our key partnerships for 2026 is with WALK, delivered in collaboration with Airfield Estate. Through this programme, we support people with intellectual disabilities in developing workplace-ready skills, with a particular focus on hospitality and food environments. It combines education, training and real-world experience in a setting that champions sustainability and inclusion.
We also continue to support Learn Local, a community enterprise that teaches underprivileged children and young people how to cook. Through this work, food becomes a tool for confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Those values sit right at the heart of our business.
More broadly, we stay aligned with Business in the Community Ireland, working alongside organisations committed to responsible business, social inclusion and sustainability. It helps keep our community work structured, meaningful, and connected to wider goals.
