A few people updates too, because they really matter. We’ve been investing in capability, depth, and leadership across the business, and these changes strengthen the support behind your sites.
Fidelma Lavin has stepped into an expanded senior leadership role. It reflects the experience and steady leadership she brings to operations, and the way she supports teams on the ground. Fidelma’s move into an Operations Director role also strengthens our operational depth across client sites.
Lily Minogue has taken on a broader role as People Business Partner. She’ll continue supporting teams across Gather + Gather Ireland, with a strong focus on engagement, development and day-to-day support. If you’ve met Lily, you’ll know the calm, practical way she gets things moving.
We’re also delighted to welcome Anthony Reilly back to Gather + Gather Ireland as Head of Food Strategy + Sustainability. Anthony brings huge experience. He’ll be shaping our food direction, from menu development and supplier partnerships through to sustainability strategy, so the offer keeps evolving in a thoughtful and commercially grounded way.
Finally, Eoin Lennon has joined our Culinary Development Team. He’s a seriously talented chef, and he’s been looking after our clients and customers at Primark for the last few years. We’re delighted to see him step into this new role so he can share that talent more widely, supporting kitchen teams across our sites.
Taken together, it’s about strengthening the expertise that underpins quality, innovation and delivery. It means better support for our teams, and a more consistent experience for yours.
