Celebrating 10 Years of Food on the Edge

This year marks a decade of Food on the Edge, celebrating ten years of connection, creativity, and collaboration across the global food community. Over the past decade, the event has brought together some of the most inspiring voices in gastronomy to share ideas, challenge norms, and imagine a better future for food.

As proud sponsors, we were delighted to take part in the anniversary programme, which featured a special panel discussion on the “Beyond the Plate” initiative. The conversation explored how chefs and food leaders can drive social change through food, focusing on sustainability, education, mental health within the industry, and the power of collaboration to create lasting impact both inside and outside the kitchen.

Much like ourselves, Food on the Edge continues to push boundaries, reminding us that food is not just something we eat, but a force that shapes culture, community, and the world beyond the plate.
